Language and sense have no place in business. Vent your frustration, people.

I hate it when people say "language" or "verbiage" when they really mean "writing."

I also hate "iteration," "stakeholders," and "out-of-the-box."

Our webmaster at Goucher is a veritable fountain of verbal vomit.

There's a company my school contracts with called "SYMPLICITY."

I don't know if the name stems from irony or jackasshabadashery, but I often forget how to spell it.

Not strictly workplace but "for free" irritates me. Either "free" or "at no cost" or "for nothing".

least favorites. "ducks in a row" and "pot calling the kettle black". i have no idea why the latter was used so frequently in the publishing world.

"problematic" used as a noun?

I am kind of a sucker for humanities jargon.

"Pop" as a catch-all way to describe something that is eye-catching. Huzzah for mind-numbingly non-specific advertising language!

"Does it pop? Can we give it more pop? I want it to pop more."

Working in a non-profit, I hear the word "ask" used as a noun all the time, and I hate it.

"Did you make the ask?"

If I'm reading this correctly, then you're the one responsible for making that artwork?

My condolences. Undecided
