awesome bedroom (entire 3rd floor) for rent in Charles Village

I'm vacating my current house at the first of May and my roommates Matt
(aka eskimoprizefighter) and Mag (from Atomic Books) need a new roommate.

This room is actually the entire 3rd floor and includes a full private bathroom.

The room
- Large bedroom
- smaller second room (great for an office)
- two huge closets
- full private bath with lots of cabinets
- back room has door to roof deck

The rest of the house
- 2 living rooms
- Dining room
- good-sized kitchen
- nicely-kept backyard
- front porch
- 2 awesome roommates

Rent
$600 + 1/3 utilities

It's really an ideal set-up for me because it has so much
room, and the private bathroom rules, but I'm moving
in with my girlfriend so I have to leave.

Interested parties should post to the thread I guess?

oh that reminds me:

there's a small computer desk, a dresser and two black metal
shelves that I can leave behind for you or remove

Well, the landlord only wants a 3rd person, and I'm not sure
how Matt and Mag would feel about two more roommates.

IF Matt and Mag were okay with it, you'd just have
to hide it from the landlord somehow?

Also the two rooms on this floor are NOT separated by a door.
