I’ve taped Smart Growth a few times, though this is the first where Denny plays as a DJ. On all other occasions, Smart Growth was live drumming over remixed beats (The Police and Genesis seem to be his favorites). While the DJ beats are cool (I’ve been listening to it alot at home), my preference is the live drumming. Either way, Smart Growth is good.

Oh yeah, in case you’re unawares, Denny also plays drums for my favorite Baltimore punks, Double Dagger.
